1. Terms and conditions are agreed when paying for products and or services. A contract is formed between client and provider upon successful payment.

2. Products and services available in the store are only products covered by alcohol license or re-sell license for alcohol if required by the nature of the product. Delivery cannot be purchased in the service.

3. All purchases done through the service are covered by Finnish act of consumer protection.

4. Information disclosure obligation. Technological service partner will provide all order-relevant information to service provider. GDPR-compliance is covered in separate information field.

5. Provider contact information is provided at the bottom of the page.

6. Provider is bound by the prices of the products and services at the moment of the purchase.

7. Reclamations and returns are negotiated between the provider and the client directly.

8. Products contain their relevant information within the products themselves.

9. If the products have a pre-defined default delivery time it’ll be shown on order confirmation.

10. Return- and change terms

    1. Product purchases are treated as if they were done by hand in store and reclamations are negotiated between the provider and the client. In accordance with the Finnish consumer protection agency products that are in proper order don’t have cancellation rights.

    2. If purchase contains gift cards consumer has cancellation policy of 14 days.

11. Cancellation rights by provider. Provider reserves the right to cancel and refund any and all orders at all times.
